StudyGlows Pvt. Ltd. is an EdTech Startup that is known for its UPSC and other one-day exam courses. I subscribed to the StudyGlows Youtube channel in 2019 when it had only 17,000 subscribers now it is almost a million. The Founder of StudyGlows Siddhant Agnihotri is the most humble, pleased, and energetic teacher I’ve ever met. The contribution of StudyGlows to society impressed me a lot that I contacted Siddhant sir and had a conversation regarding a QnA session with him. He said yes after my first message and I sent him a lot of questions and he sent me the answers which are inspiring to everyone.
I am suggesting you read every Question and Answer below if you want to be a successful entrepreneur like Mr. Siddhant Agnihotri. I also learned a lot of things from him.

Q.1 In short, what was your journey as a teacher and as an entrepreneur? | Siddhant Sir Journey
I came from a middle-class humble background. My father was a Regional Manager and my mother was a housewife. We don’t have much property and money, even I still live in a rented house. In my home, there wasn’t a shortage of money but also we couldn’t afford any expensive items because my father’s salary wasn’t too much. You can think that my father was the manager but it was not a high-paying job. My father gave me the best education possible; we didn’t get any inconvenience in education as my father tried his best. Also, My father provided everything in the home. We are a family of four me, my father, my mother, and my younger brother. We were very happy with what we got. I was very good in my studies I completed My Intermediate in 2010 and took one year gap for engineering entrance exams which I couldn’t clear so later I did B.Sc. After my graduation, I started preparing for competitive exams in which I cracked several exams like State PCS, UPSC, UPPCS, and some other government exams but I left all of these and ultimately I joined Study IQ because I got a great offer in which I explored Myself.
First of all, I never wanted to be a teacher. Initially, I wanted to become a politician and my ultimate aim is to do something good for our nation. Although if you want some good for Nation, politics is the best way because you need some resources and this profession provides you the adequate resources. Politics is activism if you do it the right way. But the things were not running according to my plan. If you are running in the right way the universe will take you to your destination but the universe will decide the path.
I began teaching classes for 11th,12th, and B.Sc. at that time My earnings were only 2,000-3,000rs per month but students were satisfied. After that, I completed My M.Sc., I was Silver Medalist in the Bachelor of Science, and after that, I did MA too. After this, I joined Study IQ where I worked for 3 to 3.5 years in that time I cracked several exams but I self-realized and thought to set my path and do not do the job. Everyone does the Job but there comes a time when they all realize to start their own business.
Q.2 What was the purpose behind founding StudyGlows?
In 2018 when I realized to start my Startup I finally founded StudyGlows. In the starting, there was nothing in StudyGlows because no one even knows about My Youtube Channel, but I was constantly posting videos on it where I covered M. Laxmikant Politics, History, Geography. The subscribers were not increasing at that time this is also the main reason most people quit Youtube. But I didn’t quit because I was getting a lot of learning. If even a single person is getting transformed by My videos I will do it. I continuously did it and after that, it grew exponentially. The main purpose was to bring impact and provide sources easily. Poor students who are talented but unfortunately they haven’t enough money for the course and can’t afford Coaching Institution fee in New Delhi then they can study at home from StudyGlows. We provide him with the same quality at an affordable rate or free. The ultimate purpose is to transform education and take education to the next level.
Q.3 What makes StudyGlows different from other education platforms and apps?
- The main difference is pricing, our pricing is very different. You get the same content with less quality on other platforms for Rs. 1,00,000 or more but not lower than this because we are providing completely GS Paper-1,2,3,4 and CSAT, essay writing, test series, current affairs, whole NCERTs plus we are also giving personal guidance to every student. We are streaming live lectures too. We are everything that a UPSC course promises to provide you and we are providing it at very affordable prices.
- We do what we promise. If we say that we will do a class at a particular time or we complete a course on a particular day then we do exactly what we said. Normal coaching centers don’t deliver what they promise like they don’t a complete course on time, the students are unsatisfied.
- StudyGlows Provide academic and non-academic courses both. Like we provide courses of UPSC, Banking, SSC, etc. with outstanding quality.
- We provide live sessions and doubt sessions that are quite important. We tell students to complete recorded lectures and after that, we provide practices that make them perfect at that particular topic.
- We provide direct access to teachers. In big coaching centers there is no direct access to teachers but we provide direct access which motivates students and clears all doubts.

There is no Doubt StudyGlows is the best in the market for studying UPSC and all other exams because of the quality and price we provide. I bet no one provides education like us in the entire market. We don’t sell courses like big coaching Institutes and say TATA-TATA Bye-Bye! We connect with students 24/7 on telegram to customer care and personal guidance.

Not right now but soon StudyGlows will offer courses for Corporate Jobs, Non-Academic, Public speaking, Interview cracking, Time Management, etc. too.
Q.10 Why a student will buy courses from StudyGlows? If he/she can directly study from free sources like YouTube.
YouTube provides only limited content, not course-oriented content. A person can’t crack UPSC by only watching YouTube videos. But our courses target the specific exam entirely.
Q.11 What is the meaning behind your tagline “Humare Sitare Aap Hai”?
It means that you are our stars. We are not doing for you, you are doing for us. We are here to make you; we are doing work for you. We exist because of you. John Locke said Government existed, among other things, to promote public good, and to protect the life, liberty, and property of its people. We are surviving because you are supporting us, the day you left supporting us then we will shut down.
Big companies don’t understand that real stars are students/consumers, not the celebrities who are promoting the product.
Q.12 Will Siddhant Sir or StudyGlows launch anything related to Entrepreneurship in the future that will help upcoming Entrepreneurs?
Of course, a course will launch soon of Entrepreneurship in which we will cover entire Entrepreneurship.
Q.13 How does Siddhant Sir manages time and make 8-10 lectures in a day?
See there is no issue of timing because I enjoy the things and when you enjoy the process the things become easy. I enjoy the process too much. I made 22 lectures one day and I wasn’t getting tired that time because it is My passion. I feel good when I make lectures it refreshes me. When your passion becomes a profession then it does great.
Now it is habitual, I make 8-10 lectures normally. My day starts at 6.00 am and I got free at 2.00 pm after making all the lectures. I do jogging in the evening and do the gym. After that, I do meetings and administration work at the office. My team manages work very well.
Q.14 Any lead investor of your Startup?
No lead Investor as I said our stars are you, and our students are our investors.
Q.15 What is your plan in the education sector for the upcoming 5 years?
To become No.1 in the education sector. StudyGlows everywhere, in every home, and every student knows about it. StudyGlows in every village. Online-offline, everywhere StudyGlows because we want to spread StudyGlows everywhere.
Q.16 Most people think that UPSC is ultra-hard and somehow impossible, any advice, guide, or comment regarding this statement?
This is not true, it’s just a strategy. It is hard because the success ratio is less but if you run with proper strategy then everything will achieve easily. You just need curiosity if you are curious enough you can crack any exam, that’s all.
Q.17 Any advice for young entrepreneurs?
My only advice is To believe in yourself that’s it. Believe in your thoughts; belief in your inner conscience. Don’t get scared if you think that your idea is good, then go for it. Always make a good team because the team is most important. If your team is good maybe you need to dilute your stakes, maybe you need to pay them more than yourself because the team is the most important part at starting. Don’t bring any very conflicting people into the team. Always bring a CTO(Chief Technical Officer). This is a digital age and it is also very important. Always be positive and humble. Humble is the key to learning. Don’t bring Ego if you are doing business.
